This Boca never ceases to surprise us. The olfactory and gustatory texture changes a lot during the different tastings we had, in different locations and moments. Thus, it is not an easy wine to interpret at this time, which adds to our interest in it. It impresses with the richness of flavours and floral notes, especially medicinal herbs, liquorice and cocoa on a mineral, rocky base. Hints of blood orange, green pepper and freshly ground black pepper. Strong acidity, important tannins. A wine to be stored to age for several more years to allow it to express itself at its best. Very interesting, wonderful potential!
