The "flight of the butterfly" - it is lightness, eagerness and happiness.
Made from the very first must of the Moscato grape, from a single vineyard, this very lightly saprkling, very light yellow and very densly aromatic wine is one the best of its kind.
You can sense the butterflies in a mountain meadow, flying from flower to flower, hints of sage and rosemary, a bit of honey, wisteria blossom... it is very clear and clean on the mouth, with peach and apple appearing, the natural fizyness ensure you won't be overpowered by sweetness... a wonderful Moscato d'Asti.
At only 5.5% alcohol content, this is perfect with sweets, but also as an opener very much appreciated with spicy east Asian cuisine.
