Citrus fruit and summer meadows come to the nose, it offers mineral depths on a slender body, which make it the perfect companion for your soft-cheese spread on crunchy bread, lake fish or poultry.
Personally I love its balance of freshness and body - somehow unusual or evening unique among the natural wines in this region.
