A white wine from red grapes that are pressed very softly and left to macerate for 20 - 22 days, Sillery is a wine in which the aromatic richness of Pinot Nero expresses itself on the "white side". While remaining quite structured and balsamic, there are lots of light citrus fruit notes, including orange blossom, and white flowers that please the nose. The palate enjoys all these notes in full, harmoniously combined on a lean but present frame and acidity that maintains it fresh. Very pale yellow, it also pleases the eye!
