There is such diversity in soils, microclimates and exposure, that many different grape varieties thrive. There is an abundance of local and international varieties, both white and red. Yet it is mountain land, which means small terraced plots, very mineral-rich soils, niche productions.

This Müller Thurgau is a perfect example of a territorial expression of an international grape. a nice straw tending to green loads of exotic, tropical notes of banana and pineapple, white flowers and mountain freshness on a slightly almondy finish with hints of rock, this is a perfect companion of seafood, fish and light cheese or other vegetarian dishes.
