This beautifully coloured champagne-method sparkling rosé is made with great care. Fragrant and vibrant, with a lively perlage, touches of wild strawberry and red flowers and a final note of fresh peppery spice and orange peel to the nose, it pleases the palate with its elegant structure, crisp acidity and a mineral overtone, that opens the way to a long finish. Beautiful to the eye, inviting to the nose, precious to the palate: a wonderful sparkling rosé!
The grapes are hand-picked early in the morning in order to press them very softly at a natural cool temperature.Alcoholic fermentation occurs at 13-15 °C. Natural clarification and stabilisation at a controlled low temperature during the winter. The tirage is done in the spring following the harvest. Secondary fermentation in the bottle at 16 °C. 24-month ageing on the lees.
